At Amy Art Gallery + Studio, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional experience when selecting your original work of art by Amy Moglia Heuerman.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Paintings by Amy Moglia Heuerman are original works of art and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

PURCHASING A PAINTING

Customers are responsible for supplying all correct and required information when purchasing a painting, including name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. We are not responsible for delivery complications due to incorrect information supplied by a customer at the time of order or thereafter.

ORDER CHANGES

All purchases are final, and no exchanges are available. The only allowable exception is a change to the delivery address, which can happen before shipping. To change the address for an unshipped order, please contact Amy Art Gallery + Studio at Amy@AmyArt.net or at 402-203-2041.

COMMISSIONS

Paintings may be commissioned if based on an existing work of art exhibited at either Amy Art Gallery + Studio in Naples, Fla., or Bay Harbor, Mich., or exhibited on the AmyArt.net website. The commission fee is $500 per painting. Commissions may include adjustments of size dimensions, and changes in color, subject to consultation with the artist. Amy Art Gallery + Studio requires additional time to complete a commissioned painting, to be agreed upon with the buyer in advance. 50% of the cost is due upon beginning the commission. The 50% balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery.

PAYMENT

Payment for art is due at the time of purchase or otherwise as set forth herein for a commissioned painting. Buyers may pay for an order via credit card or check. If the purchase is paid by credit card, a service fee of 3.5% will be added to the final price. Should a customer wish to take a painting on a trial basis, the cost is a delivery charge of $250. The charge is waived if the painting is purchased.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time for all paintings depends on the size and weight of the painting, the location of the delivery, and the shipping option.

DAMAGES DURING DELIVERY

If a painting arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately at Amy@AmyArt.net. We request that all damages be photographed, and all original packaging be preserved if possible. Requests must be received within 30-days of delivery, must include a copy of the shipping receipt and photographic documentation of the damage. We will review all information and consult with the shipping company. Upon approval, there is no charge to you for the repair or replacement of a damaged painting.

GENERAL

Amy Art Gallery + Studio is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, embargo, quarantine, accidents, fire, explosion, flood, severe weather, epidemic, riots, civil disturbance, unavailability of labor or transportation or any other similar or dissimilar cause. You are responsible for the proper and safe handling of your painting once delivered.

Descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, price and availability of paintings displayed in the galleries or on the website are subject to change without notice. No responsibility is assumed for any errors in listed prices or other information, all of which we reserve the right to correct.
